Adam Hayes spend the first 16 years of his professional career in academia and non-profit leadership. His passion for education and supporting others comes through in his work with Symmetry Financial Group. He has earned his Bachelor's of Science degree from Wake Forest University and his Master's degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Adam is a family man raising his two daughters in beautiful Erie, Colorado.
